Cash on Cash Return is a Property Investment Calculator app which has been designed for both the iPhone and iPad.
The app allows you to calculate the potential Positive/Negative Cash Flow from an investment property after expenses. The app also allows renters and owners to calculate their ongoing expenses with ease.
The app allows you to add to the calculation:
Current Interest rate
Cash flow generated from the property
Ongoing Expenses which you can customize to get a more accurate calculation
The app allows you to see:
Outstanding Mortgage for the property
Net Cash flow after all expenses
Your Annual Cash on Cash Return
The app also allows you to view the calculations in a Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly and Yearly format.
What is your Cash on Cash Return - The Cash on Cash calculation is often used to evaluate the cash flow from income-producing assets. Generally considered a quick napkin test to determine if the asset qualifies for further review and analysis. Cash on Cash analyses are generally used by investors looking for properties where cash flow is king, however, some use it to determine if a property is underpriced, indicating instant equity in a property.
